Find personal data on Windows shares (SMB/CIFS), NFS and local disks on Windows, Linux and macOS; map folder permissions and excessive access.

A2.1Seratus scans files on SMB/CIFS shares, NFS exports and local disks on Windows, Linux and macOS without agents. It extracts personal data from content, collects folder and file permissions (ACL) to show who can reach what, and runs remediation such as masking or quarantine.

A2.2Where permissions cannot be read, the file is still scanned and the gap is reported as a warning.
